WASP Technologies Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Ireland, operates the IntelliBrand GO mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use IntelliBrand GO.

IntelliBrand GO is a B2B field sales automation platform intended solely for use by authorised employees and representatives of businesses that hold a valid IntelliBrand subscription. It is not intended for use by consumers or the general public.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

3 What Data We Collect

3.1 Account & Identity Data

  • User ID / login credentials
  • Role and employer organisation

3.2 Location Data

With your permission, the App collects precise GPS location data while in use. This is used to log the location of customer visits and sales calls, support route planning, and provide location-contextual features. You can withdraw location permission at any time via your device settings.

3.3 Customer & Commercial Data

  • Customer names, addresses, and contact details
  • Order history and transaction records
  • Call notes and visit logs
  • Planogram compliance records and shelf photos

3.4 Camera & Photos

The App requests camera and photo library access to enable shelf compliance photography and planogram capture. Images captured are linked to customer visit records and stored securely.

3.5 Microphone

The App requests microphone access to support voice input features. Audio is processed locally and is not recorded or transmitted unless explicitly required by a feature you activate.

3.6 Device & Technical Data

4 How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the IntelliBrand GO service

  • Your employer organisation — as the account holder for your commercial activity
  • Microsoft Azure — our cloud infrastructure provider (data hosted within the EU)
  • Crash reporting services — aggregated technical diagnostics only

All third-party processors are subject to data processing agreements and are required to maintain appropriate security measures.

7 Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your employer's IntelliBrand subscription is active, and for a further period as required by law or legitimate business need (typically up to 7 years for commercial records).

When an account is deactivated, personal data is anonymised or deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.
