We have released a new console today with a couple of new features that we hope you will find useful:
Double clicking on any of the bars on your Dashboard graph will now drill down into the calls that make up the graph you have clicked on:
We have added a number of new options into the console to help you easily distribute customer health graphs within your organisation. This helps you act upon customers with declining sales, by easily sharing the information with the teams that may be responsible for those particular customers.
There are now 2 new options on your Customers screen:
Email all reps their Declining Customers
This will automatically email EVERY rep with a PDF containing graphs from all their declining customers
This will email the selected Customer health graph to all reps that the particular customer is assigned to.
Should you wish to send customer health reports to alternative email addresses, then we have included a new report under Reports/echo/Customer Health Report where you can filter by Users/Customers/Status and generate a PDF or manually enter any email address you wish to send to.
