H2O selects WASP Technologies “IntelliServe” solution for deployment with their Service Team.
H2O supplies & installs a premium water purification system into households across Ireland, with a customer base of over 11,000 customers and increasing at almost 3,500 per year. The company have a commitment to provide and maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction. With a growing number of customers, maintenance contracts and equipment being installed; the existing process needed to be upgraded. A dedicated mobile wireless call handling system was identified as a key requirement to allow the company meet its ambitious customer service targets.
The requirement called for a handheld solution that would seamlessly integrate into their backend system, effectively distribute engineers’ daily calls and ensure a high level of compliance when completing call details; including quality assurance checklists. Added value elements such as signature & image capture, cash & stock management and the capture of GPS coordinates were also needed. The data captured then needed to be automatically distributed to various internal and external stakeholders.
H2O selected the WASP Technologies Ltd, Field Service solution, “IntelliServe” to meet their needs. “IntelliServe”, while meeting all of H2O’s requirements, has delivered significant productivity gains both in the field and the office, and as a fully featured wireless handheld solution; was capable of delivering a reliable and user friendly solution to the Field Service Technicians. Using the existing mobile GPRS networks, information is easily captured and quickly synchronised between the technicians and the control centre, thus eliminating delays and duplication.
