WASP Technologies launch WASP FMA
Designed specifically for the Field Marketing Industry

Designed to run on Symbol or Palm™ handheld computers running the Palm OS™ operating system, WASP FMA leverages the simplicity and convenience of modern handheld computers with the pervasiveness and reliability of today's mobile networks. It increases efficiency in your organisation by giving your field staff fast and accurate access to critical marketing information. Information vital to both Brand and Category management is literally updated by the hour.
Through the WASP FMA back office system, call files for operatives can be changed and altered, with the system eliminating the need for lengthy back office paper work processing. Call file listings no longer have to be manually distributed to the relevant personnel. When a field operative connects from their handheld to the company network, all the calls assigned to them are downloaded to their Palm device. They then use the handheld computer to view details relating to the call, enter completion details such as Facings, POS requirements, Audit, Tacticals questions etc and can close and store the completed call in a history file.
