Designed to run on both Windows Mobile and Palm™ Computing platforms, IntelliTrack integrates the handheld computer into its own backend database to provide your organisation with a clear and accurate picture of its asset register at any particular point in time.

IntelliTrack achieves this integration either wirelessly or through the use of a cable attached to your PC. When assets are received into stock, they are scanned on a handheld computer, and all details associated with the receipt are recorded (date, value, type of asset etc). When the handheld is synchronised with your desktop, these details are transferred into your asset register database. The same procedure is used for the issuing of assets, the disposal of assets, the stocktaking of assets and the transferring of assets from location to location.

IntelliTrack can produce barcode labels matching your pre-built design, or alternatively can use the manufacturer’s barcode present on most assets. The handheld computer gives the flexibility of remotely updating the asset register database via a wireless connection (WiFi/3G/GPRS), allowing tight control over assets based at multiple locations.


IntelliTrack comes with a comprehensive suite of reports, providing your organisation with immediate access to the asset values, locations, depreciation, disposals etc.
